Forensic Science International
Forensic Science International offers the opportunity to publish a Special Issue of the Journal related to the EAFS 2018. There is room for about 20-25 articles to cover the main contributions of the conference. As you have one or several abstracts accepted for this conference, we invite you to submit a full paper from this abstract.
If the submission is accepted it will be published as is or with minor revision. If it is not accepted for reason of room or topic, but judged of sufficient quality for publication, the editorial Board (weblink to the editorial board) will advise the authors to submit the paper again for regular publication and will communicate its advise for revisions if any.
Technically you can reach the submission procedure from the button “Submit Article” on the homepage of the EAFS 2018 <www.eafs2018.eu>. The submission and review system is managed by the Elsevier Editorial System (EES) <https://ees.elsevier.com/fsi/default.asp?pg=login.asp>. To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue we are editing, it is important that authors select Special Issue: VSI EAFS 2018 when they reach the "Article Type" step in the submission process. Most of you probably know it as authors or reviewers. In case you are not familiar with it, you can consult the EES user guide for authors <http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find/journaldescription.cws_home/505512/authorinstructions>. If it still does not work please contact Didier Meuwly <firstname.lastname@example.org>. The submission of papers will close it just before the conference, Sunday 26 August 2018 at midnight. In accordance with Elsevier, the Special Issue will be first published online as a Virtual Special Issue (VSI) and the target for the paper publication is the first semester of 2019.
Looking forward to receive your contribution.
